Rates

Unless you don't want it, you always get a receipt at the end of a lesson.

Any cancellation must be notified the day before at the latest, otherwise the lesson is due.

Middle-school & High-school (French 1, 2): $75/hour

Young adults (18-25 years old) & High-school (French 3, 4, AP): $85/hour

Adults: $95/hour

I am happy to offer a $5 discount per lesson when you take more than one lesson a week.

Note that you may be charged a supplement for lessons outside Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Atherton and Stanford Campus. Please contact me for a personalized rate. The supplement is charged per lesson, and not per hour.

Shared lessons for 2 or more are possible when all children/students/adults have the same level: add $30/pers./hour.

Price policy for French lessons

1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must notify me at least the day before. Any lesson canceled the day of the lesson will be fully charged.

2. If for any reason I do not arrive on time, the length of the lesson will remain the same. For example, if I am 5min late, the lesson will finish 5min after our regular time.

3. The lesson starts the moment I arrive at your place. If for any reason you are late, we will have a lesson corresponding to the time we have left. The lesson will be fully charged.

4. If you have several lessons per week but you need to cancel one of them, the discount will not be applied for the remaining lesson. The discount is reapplied as soon as we start having several lessons again. For example, you have 1h twice a week at $75/h. Thanks to the discount offered, your rate is $70/h. But if you cancel one of the lessons, your rate goes back to $75/h for the remaining lesson of that week.

5. If I am the one who needs to cancel one of the lessons when you have several lessons per week and we cannot find another time to reschedule, the remaining lesson stays at the discounted rate.
